• SFTP access
• SSH access for trusted people for whom it's necessary
• E-mail access via POP3, IMAP or Webmail
• Grey Listing to reduce unwanted spam
• Spam Tagging (so your mail program can filter out junk e-mail)
• Technical support via e-mail and instant messaging
• Resources are used as available. Using too much may get your site disabled if it's impacting other services unfairly.
• All usage is at my discretion.
